Player and Contest Waiver
TL;DR
• Golf swings are fast, balls fly hard, and indoor play has risks.
• By signing, you agree to be careful, follow safety rules, accept the inherent risks
• You are allowing the event holders to take photos/video for future use without compensation.
• We keep it fair, transparent, and fun.
• Indoor golf is real golf. Clubs/balls can exceed 100 mph.
• This waiver makes sure we all understand the risks and responsibilities so everyone can have fun, safely.
• This waiver allows Digital Dunes to take and use pictures and videos of me in social media posts with no compensation.
Our part:
• Clean, organized, supervised facility.
• Safe simulator bays, clear instructions.
• We stop play if something looks unsafe.
• Transparency about contests, pricing, and equipment-issue refunds.
Your part:
• Follow safety rules and staff directions at all times.
• Swing only inside the bay; keep others out of your swing zone.
• Use the hitting mat and aim at the screen.
• No spikes (golf or running shoes are fine).
• Pay for damage you cause due to breaking defined rules or misuse of equipment.
• Return any borrowed/rented clubs undamaged.
• Accept the inherent risks of golf activity.
• Arbitration & Florida law apply to disputes.
• Photo/Video: We record on site and may use footage for promos with no compensation.
Cameras & content
• Facility is under video surveillance for safety.
• Play and events may be photographed/recorded for future promotions with no compensation.
Contest Rules
• To enter the contest, participants must: (1) Sign this Digital Dunes Player & Contest Waiver, (2) follow at least one official Digital Dunes social media platform (players under age may associate to parent account), and (3) successfully hit a hole-in-one during contest play.
• Equipment: Must meet PGA rules. Staff may inspect gear.
• Witness & video: Every attempt is witnessed by staff and recorded for verification and online use.
• Win limit: You can win only once per calendar year.
• Practice swings: Swing all you want, any ball hit will cost the price of entry.
• Hole-in-One Contest: $5/ball or $20 for 5 balls (non-refundable). Ball must finish and remain in the hole. Prize: $500, paid within 30 days.
• 50/50 Closest-to-the-Hole Contest: $5/ball or $20 for 5 balls (non-refundable). Ball must finish and remain on the green to qualify. Payout: 50% to Digital Dunes (defined organization) / 50% split equally among winners.
• Simulator misread: If a swing isn’t registered, no attempt is counted. After 5 misreads in a row, staff will inspect equipment. If deemed a Player issue swings will count as errand hits. If deemed Simulator issue a refund will be given.
Minors
• A parent/guardian must sign and be present. Guardians can claim prizes for minors.

By signing this you are consenting to Digital Dunes contacting you via email in the chance you are a winner and other promotional material. Guests acknowledge TW Redington LLC/ Digital Dunes is under video surveillance. Tampering with camera system or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to TW Redington LLC/ Digital Dunes. Guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation. I acknowledge that by its very nature, golfing (including indoor golf), and related activities (the “Activities”) at the Premises, present, carry and involve a serious risk of physical injury to both active participants and spectators. I acknowledge that the Activities are inherently dangerous and hazardous and acknowledge that by participating in, observing, or allowing minors of whom I have legal custody to participate in or observe the Activities, I am, on behalf of myself and on behalf of each of the Releasing Parties, expressly assuming all risks associated with the Activities and expressly contracting not to sue for any injury sustained as a result of such participation in or observation of the Activities Complete waiver found here
