Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance of the scheduled event date to qualify for a refund. Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within the specified cancellation period are eligible for a full/partial refund. Cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible to check availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new event date, subject to availability. Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that any deposits or booking fees may be non-refundable, depending on the timing of the cancellation. Cancellation by Digital Dunes: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, equipment malfunction), we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund. Communication: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to "digitaldunes.golf@gmail.com" Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Digital Dunes Management.
